Here are some interesting personal stats.<br/>In the last 106 days I’ve…</p> <ul> <li>Drove alone 6 times<br/> </li> <li>Carpooled once<br/> </li> <li>Road the bus 50 times<br/> </li> <li>Worked from home 11 times<br/> </li> <li>Biked to work 3 times (need to do this more)<br/> </li> <li>Took 7 vacation days </li> </ul> <p>Also, I’ve biked to the bus stop around 60% of the time (didn’t start that until late May, I think). Of course, this doesn’t include the weekends.<br/><br/>According to the website I’ve had the following impact:</p> <ul> <li>LBS OF CO₂ REDUCED: 1,560 lbs</li> <li>GALLONS OF GAS SAVED: 82 gallons</li> <li>MILES OF ALT COMMUTE LOGGED: 1,712 miles</li> <li>VEHICLE TRIPS SAVED: 57 trips (looks like they don’t count telecommuting)</li> </ul> <p>I’ve definitely been transformed into a mass transit commuter. I really hate driving my car, unless it is for pure enjoyment. If I only drove a car occasionally, I’d be fine.
